Yes, unless otherwise stated under the product details, all of the items listed on our website are in stock at our premises in Evenjobb, Powys, Wales LD8 2SA.  Visitors are welcome to call in and browse and there is plenty of parking.  There are a range of delivery options available for parts and accessories.  All bike purchases are collection only from our address. 

Where do you deliver to?

We only deliver parts and accessories to addresses in the United Kingdom.  All bikes are collection only from our Chris's Cycles premises:  Horseyard House, Evenjobb, Powys, Wales LD8 2SA.

We do not deliver bikes by couriers as we prefer them to be collected from our premises:  Horseyard House, Evenjobb, Nr. Presteigne, Powys, Wales LD8 2SA, telephone number 07970 152170.  Evenjobb is on the Mid-Wales/England border, between Shrewsbury and Hereford.

*Why don’t you deliver bikes by couriers?

NEW and USED bikes are not available for delivery by couriers.  We prefer to sell properly assembled and checked bicycles for collection by you.  We can then be sure that your bike is safe for you to ride.  We offer a free safety check / first service on all NEW bikes between 4-8 weeks of ownership.  This enables us to make any slight adjustments that may be necessary as things settle in.

If your order includes both a bike and parts or accessories, at the checkout stage, select the Bike option from the choice of delivery options available. 

If you purchase a bike or bikes at the same time as accessories or parts we will contact you to find out if you require them fitting.  There may be an additional fitting charge for this, depending how much work is involved.  Make sure you include your telephone number when placing your order so that we can contact you.

Can you deliver locally?

We are able to make local deliveries of bikes and accessories, free of charge, within 10 miles of our postcode LD8 2SA (distances as calculated by AA AutoRoute).  Any deliveries would be by appointment and full payment for your purchase must be made in advance, either by telephone or via our website.

Will I receive confirmation of my order?

When we receive your order we will email an order confirmation to you, detailing the products you have purchased, the cost and your selected shipping choice from the delivery options available.

When we have processed your order we will send a second email itemising the products you have purchased and confirmation that your order has been processed.

Can I track my delivery?

We send all parcels out by tracked methods either by signed for post or by courier, whichever selection you made from the delivery options.  Once you have received an email confirming your order has been processed for despatch, if required you can email us requesting the tracking number.

All parcels despatched will require a signature to ensure safe receipt of your goods so please make sure you make suitable arrangements.
